Best of both worlds

We spent Christmas in Hawaii with the ENTIRE Powlison-clan. A sunny respite! We've also had beautiful snow here in Philadelphia and on our two trips up to the Vermont Cabin. Michaela, thankfully, is an outdoor extraordinaire. She loved the beach would exuberantly proclaim, "more ocean!" over and over. She also was in awe of snow falling (as you can see in the below shot). What fun! I find myself discovering precious intricacies of Creation all over again and being thrilled to introduce Michaela to as many as possible.

"Grandpa, I sure love this place." with the "Mokoo-loo-ah" (mokulua) islands in the backround.

M loves all boots and shoes. Aunt Hannah had fun swinging her around in these hip-high Wellies!

Ahhh. Snow.
Keepin' up with Mom down the road.

This was a photo from our final day on the island. We were able to borrow an outrigger canoe and paddle around Lanikai Bay. So fun to have this much family be able to fit in one boat.
