Love endures a multitude...

I remember before having Sophie, my sister in law noted that 2nd born children (and I'm sure 3rd, 4th, 5th and on down the line...) are much better adjusted in general. I'm finding that to be true. Sophie is an exceedingly happy and seemingly carefree kiddo who loves to eat, sleep, interact, smile, and endure all sorts of "love" from her doting elder sister. I know Michaela had us parents and Bayleigh-dog to occupy her and engage her as a babe, but I'm realizing that our kind of entertainment-as adults to infant-just doesn't hold a candle to the antics of an enthusiastic 2.5 year old. I'll let a few photos show you that when it comes to "being well-adjusted" Sophie will do just fine!

Post-script: there was no set-up on my part and no tears during any of these photo sessions :-)
