Is This Thing On?

Check check...we're back. Not wearing this anymore, of course...

And not eating this for breakfast anymore, of course...

This was a bit of a shock to come back to, but

THIS made it ALL worth it!!! Oh we had such a joyous reunion, that happy day (over a month ago, ahem.) What fun to be together again.

In order to ease us back into Philly February, we promptly made our way to the oasis of Longwood Gardens. Their inside conservatory (it's humidity and flowry glories) has been quite a winter respite for us. This time was no different!

The promise of Spring.

Another FUN day for February color was St. Valentines! We even got to celebrate twice! Our first party was with our dear neighbors...a house-full of ladies who are students at WTS.

We decorated.

Our guests arrived, greeted with delight.

We thoroughly enjoyed breaking bread and chatting.

Three hours later we took a group photo for farewell. The fruit of fellowship is very sweet.

Two days later was the real 14th. Our celebration was significantly simpler, but still full of looove. "Heart shaped" pancakes were served up in the attic!

Cards were shared.

Outfits were changed to accomodate and highlight new jewelry :-)

AND Michaela had her very first introduction to PEZ candy (and dispensers). A highlight.

Of course I captured this shot of those same dispensers in another interesting location later in the day. All in love and overalls, I guess! :-)
