Michaela has recently figured out how to open the fridge and, with some training and oversight, I've begun encouraging her to take things out both for herself and to help me if I need something while cooking. It's been a great way for her to feel involved when she so wants to be a helper! The other day I had gotten her up in the morning and heard her bumbling around in our kitchen area. I was washing my face in the bathroom and when I came to join her to get breakfast going she had already set us up! Now a question for you...one of these things is not like the others...hmmm. :-)
